Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at michelle@regenasleep.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Order Process

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at michelle@regenasleep.com.  We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders within Australia.  International orders will be advised of shipping costs at checkout.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any pre-orders these will be shipped within 1-2 business days of arrival in stock.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by the appropriate courier service, depending on your shipping address, location and country.

 

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is free within Australia.

International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
